Position description
We are looking for a Specialist who will join our IT Support Team in Wrocław providing support for the Chinese market. The essence of the IT Support is to simplify the users way of working with IT by being point of contact for all IT incidents, problems, questions and service requests. The IT Support aims to solve as much as possible remotely and will escalate to experts when required.
Our company - B2B Service is working with an international company whose global reach is reaching users from 170 countries (including the United States, South Korea, United Kingdom, China, Germany, Poland). We launch a revolutionary social networking website. Due to the very fast development (over 10 million page views per month) we are looking for people with experience to strengthen IT Support.
You will beresponsible to: · Act as a first point of contact forIT and social media - related matters. · Respond to incoming questions &emails and provide on-site assistance. · Investigate, diagnose (root causeanalyses) and provide initial support for the users. · Register, classify and prioritizeincidents, service requests & standard changes. · Deliver resolution and service restorationaccording to priority. · Manage and monitor incidents,coordinate the communication and escalate to different resolver groups. · Provide solution and document Work-arounds,advise users on steps which could be taken to avoid same problem occurring again · Drive Continuous Improvementinitiatives Your profile · You are fluent with Chinese, you havegood knowledge of English and Polish would be a plus · You are passionate about IT andsocial media. · You are able to pick up easily newtechnologies, procedures and applications · You have strong problem-solvingskills and structured way of working · You have great communication skillsand customer & service oriented attitude · You are well organized and able tomake quick decisions Our offer · Attractive remuneration and benefitspackage (including private medical care, Multisport card). · Training opportunities (includingintroduction program, English language courses etc). · Creative, friendly atmosphere andteam-work oriented culture. · Work-life balance and flexibleworking hours. · Integrations trips and meetings.
