REQUIREMENTS:
•        higher education, preferably in Finance (might be IV or V year student)
•        background or experience in economics or financial services would be an advantage
•        previous experience in a customer service role desirable
•        Chinese language - native or proficiency level required
•        very good knowledge of English language is a must (knowledge of any additional language e.g. Polish, French, German, Hungarian or Romanian would be an advantage)
•        responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
•        strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
•        good knowledge of MS Office

Additional (would be an advantage)
•         knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business

RESPONSIBILITIES of this position include, but are not limited to:
•        providing excellent customer service (supporting Chinese clients)
•        building up positive relationships with customers
•        resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
•        providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
•        monitoring of the situation on financial markets
•        accepting transaction orders by phone
•        working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
•        cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departmets
