跟这个客户一直谈的很好,但是进展的速度很慢!
1:价格上本以为国家退税会对我们的产品有所影响,后来我们的产品幸免了,所以给客户报的价格也就没有变化,关于这一点我一再跟客户强调,怕客户对我们的政策心有余悸;
2:按照客户的要求,我们发了两套不同质量的样品过去给客户测试,催了很长的时间,客户这几天发来邮件告诉我他们对我们的产品很感兴趣。(关于样品运费,客户一再承诺We'll transfer the freght charge and fax you the remit,so you were sure that all payments were arranged)可是一直没有收到费用,纳闷中...
3:客户对我们价格质量都满意了,我想该下单了吧,后来来了这样一段话:
Regarding the order:
we ordered many goods and machines recently and now we wait for the
containers to come. As soon as we get them and sell some part of these
items we we'll place an order. We'd rather wait till then just to be sure
that after placing an order there won't be any problems with arranging the
payment for your copmpany.
我在想客户可能是暂时资金周转不过来,客户说表达的意思还是很kindness的,但是我就是在想如何可以让客户在一边做他事情的同时,我一边引导客户下单,把每个细节确认呢或再等等呢
客户是在对我们推托吗?!
希望大家有办法能帮我把这个订单确认下来,大家都来帮帮我 啊
