X-Trade Brokers is a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, specialized in trading on OTC derivative instruments (forex, commodities, indices).
In the last few years X-Trade Brokers experienced a fast growth in Europe with offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Germany, Romania, France, Portugal and Hungary. Now the company is planning to focus on the Asian market. For our growing Customer Service we are currently looking for a:

CHINESE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job office: Warsaw, Poland

REQUIREMENTS
-native Chinese and good English communication skills
-Polish language is not essential but the basic knowledge of Polish would be an advantage
-strong customer orientation and good interpersonal skills
-background or experience in economics or financial services would be an advantage
-previous experience in a customer service role desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES
-providing excellent customer service (supporting Chinese clients)
-building up positive relationships with customers
-resolve issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
-assisting in website development (translation activities)

是啊！不觉得奇怪吗？中国客户代理。为什么还写英文？正常的话是应该写中文，然后要求英文达到一定水平。写了一堆英文，太虚张声势了。干吗不找说英语的来？然后教中国人说英文呗！
