Job title 1：Financial Controller – Poland

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Accountingroutines & monthly closing (local and IFRS)

Monthly Dashboardand analysis (finance & KPIs) to develop and follow up P&L, Workingcapital, cash flow, sales, stock, fix costs, expenses and etc.

Budget process

Treasurymanagement & optimization: safety, cashflow forecasts, Forex, Insurance,financing, credit controls in inbound and outbound commercial activities

Ensure financiallegal compliance such as local tax.

Support thecompany to optimize operations and achieve the best financial results

Risk management& audit: manage external & internal audit and actions followingfindings. Develop, maintain & improve internal control procedures &policies.

Set up the financial related Information system.

Requirements:

Over 5 yearsrelated experiences

Strong industrialcontrolling mindset, super analytical skills and business acumen

Experiences inmulticultural work environment and good teamwork spirit

Bachelor degreein accounting or finance, CPA a plus

English andPolish a must, Chinese an asset and preferred

Good computerskills (Office, ERP) and information system process.

Job title 2：Senior HR Business Partner

Main Dutiesand Responsibilities:

Formulating HRrelated policies;

Assisting theBusiness Unit in annual human resources allocation and recruitment;

Assisting theBusiness Unit in staff management, such as annual goal setting, performanceevaluation, staff training and developing, career path planning, and etc;

Providing theBusiness Unit with reporting or data analysis upon business needs.

Requirements:

At least bacheloror equivalent degree in HR administration or psychology;

At least 8 yearsin HR within an international company;

Be proficient inrecruiting, be familiar with local Labor Law, training & development andother areas of HR;

Technologiesrequirements: Strong interview skill, communication skill, and coaching skill.
