GeneralManager Based in Poland Responsibilities: l 承担波兰区P&L损益责任，并向欧洲总部汇报工作情况 Responsible for regional P&L，reporting toEU management Board l 落实集团发展战略计划，提高客户满意度、客户数增长速度以及收益涨幅 Deliver Group strategy Plan to achievecustomer retention/satisfaction, contract expansion, deliver profit (YOY) andmargin growth l 建立、开发和维护支持和协助公司业务发展，最大化业务机会的本地推动计划 Build, develop and maintain local enablerplans that support the delivery of the Business growth and maximize businessopportunities l 与所有利益相关者建立良好的工作关系并达成良好的长期合作关系 Build robust working relationships withall key stakeholders to ensure first class operational performance whichresults in long term partnerships. l 设定并达成各板块、部门的年度工作指标 Establishment and achievement of annualperformance goals for each area/department of the business as required toachieve the regional goals l 负责团队的持续建设、激励、培养，提升团队的战斗力和效能 Promote teamwork and collaboration betweendepartments to drive alignment and commitment, and improve performance
Job requirements: l 至少三年以上BD或销售团队管理经验 3+ years of experience in BD or sales roleand team management l 创业型企业管理经验 Experience in managing implementations andstart-ups l 拥有同时与多名客户协同合作的经验，优秀的客户关系管理能力，能够同时满足不同客户的所有需求 Multi contract experience to drivesynergies and experience of the complexities of working with multi customers.Demonstrable exemplary customer relationship management skills with theflexibility in style, approach to manage a number of clients with varyingrequirements at the same time.
