工作职责大概：
Position: Senior Buyer
Position Summary:
The senior buyer is responsible for performing supplier management activities, including the procurement of production materials in order to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. The Senior Buyer plans and implements strategies for timely and cost-effective procurement, as well as on-time delivery for all products. The senior buyer prioritizes and maintains balance between cost of acquisition and the total cost of ownership to maximize return on investment.

条件：
Education/ Work Experience:
• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university;
• Minimum of 6 years of related buying /purchasing experience
• Working knowledge of assembly & manufacturing processes
• Thorough knowledge of purchasing.
• Strong organizational, analytical and negotiating skills
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
• Able to bring innovative solutions to problems
• Able to work in team environment and drive for fast solutions
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts.
